My name is Peter Schwickrath and I am a unique artist. I am actually an artist of many trades. However, my passion is creating art from aluminum foil.
All of my aluminum foil art work pieces are strictly made of aluminum foil ONLY. One exception however, in a piece that I recently completed named Elvis In Concert, the guitar strings were actually made of threads to give it a more real look.
I can and will make just about anything out of aluminum foil. I have made art pieces from scenes of King Kong and The Wizard of Oz. Moreover, I have made aluminum foil pieces of musical groups such as Led Zepplin, The Beatles and recently, Elvis Presley. I use the best paint I can possibly find, encase all my pieces in glass or heavy duty plastic depending on size and use genuine wood as the base piece when possible.
I am constantly busy creating art work for my clients' personal imagination such as a figure of their family pet to a figure of their favorite movie star.
